Inside Sycamore Brewing
Sycamore Brewing occupies a converted industrial shell off Tryon Street, one of the taproom warehouses that turned South End into Charlotte's brewery district. The space is built for volume — long communal tables, a garage-door wall that opens to a patio, and a taplist that rotates fast enough to reward repeat visits.
