Report an error
Send the page, the passage, and what is wrong through the contact page. Reports from building associations, business owners, and residents are welcome and taken seriously — you usually know your block better than we do.
How we handle it
Factual errors are fixed as soon as they are verified. Substantive corrections — anything that changes the meaning of a passage — are noted with the revision. Typos and clarifications are fixed silently.
If a claim cannot be verified against a primary source, we remove it rather than soften it.
