- Note how far each building sits from a Blue Line stop; five minutes and fifteen minutes are different lifestyles.

The Rail Trail core is loudest and most walkable, Atherton and the Design District trade some noise for retail, and LoSo and the southern edges are quieter with more space per dollar.
